The Connection Weekend by Fitnut is a soulful, small-group retreat for single gay men who are ready to disconnect from the digital world and reconnect with themselves—and each other.

This isn’t a dating event or a fitness challenge.
It’s a heart-centered weekend of movement, conversation, shared meals, and meaningful community.

We’ll spend the weekend at The Grange, a lovingly restored 1800s farmhouse surrounded by 90 private acres in the Hudson Valley. Think cozy mornings, mountain views, and fireside connection.

(Arrive Friday afternoon, depart Monday morning)

• 3 nights of shared accommodations at The Grange
• Daily movement sessions (hiking, strength, mobility, etc.)
• Guided conversations & connection circles

• Communal meals we’ll prepare together

Accommodations at The Grange

The Grange is our home for the weekend—a beautifully restored 1800s farmhouse surrounded by 90 private acres of Hudson Valley countryside. It's cozy, warm, and the perfect space to unwind, connect, and feel at ease.

To keep the experience personal and inclusive, accommodations are shared, with a range of sleeping arrangements to support different comfort levels and budgets. Here’s how the space is set up:

🛌 The Rooms

• Room 1: King Bed
  A spacious room with one large bed, perfect for solo travelers open to sharing or for two friends joining together.

• Room 2: Queen Bed
  Another cozy private room with one bed—ideal for guests who prefer a quieter retreat vibe and don’t mind sharing.

• Room 3: Two Twin Beds
  A classic shared room setup with individual beds—great for solo guests looking for privacy without isolation.

• Room 4: Two Queen Beds + Two Full Beds
  A spacious, bunk-style room with plenty of space and the most affordable rate—perfect for making new connections, sharing stories, and maybe even some late-night laughter.

We believe that sharing space can deepen the retreat experience, and we’ll take care in pairing guests thoughtfully.
Whether you’re bunking with a new friend or winding down in one of the private rooms, every space is designed to feel safe, welcoming, and homey.
