Terms & Conditions

  1. All Sales Final – Due to the limited capacity of this event, all ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows.

  2. Weather Policy – This is a rain-or-shine event. In the event of severe or unsafe weather, FITNUT Collective reserves the right to reschedule the event. A rain date will be provided, and your ticket will be transferred to the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund.

  3. Capacity & Reservations – Space is limited to 12 participants. Your spot is only confirmed once payment has been received in full.

  4. Transportation – Roundtrip transportation is included in your ticket price. Pick-up times and locations will be provided after registration. Please arrive on time; we are unable to delay departure for late arrivals.

  5. Apple Picking Costs – The $29 ticket covers transportation only. Any costs for apples or other orchard purchases are the responsibility of the participant.

  6. Liability Waiver – By registering, you acknowledge that you are participating in an outdoor activity that may involve walking on uneven terrain, exposure to weather, and other inherent risks. FITNUT Collective and The +1 Network are not responsible for any injury, illness, loss, or damage sustained during the event.

  7. Code of Conduct – FITNUT Collective events are designed to be welcoming and inclusive. Participants are expected to treat others with respect and kindness. Any behavior deemed inappropriate by event organizers may result in removal from the event without refund.

 

Apple Picking - FITNUT Collective Events

Apple Picking Day – FITNUT Collective × The +1 Network

Spend a fall day outside the city connecting with like-minded people and enjoying one of the season’s best traditions. This special community event brings together members of FITNUT Collective and The +1 Network for a fun, relaxed outing to a beautiful apple orchard just 1–1.5 hours away.

Your $29 ticket includes:

  • Roundtrip transportation from Midtown Manhattan (optional Westchester pick-up available)

  • Two hours at a scenic orchard for apple picking and fresh-air fun

  • A group lunch stop before returning to the city

  • A welcoming atmosphere designed to help you meet new people and grow your network

Apple picking costs are paid directly at the orchard. Lunch is paid individually. Capacity is limited to 12 guests to keep the group intimate. Bring a plus one or come solo — either way, you’ll leave with new connections and great memories.
