Collective Founder + Master Trainer
Josh founded FITNUT in 2014 after a transformative journey through Southeast Asia, where a personal heartbreak led to a deeper purpose. Volunteering at a children’s orphanage in Cambodia inspired him to create a brand rooted in service, healing, and global impact. Today, FITNUT reflects Josh’s values—fitness, nutrition, travel, and giving back. With over $10,000 raised for charitable causes and partnerships with global organizations, Josh brings heart, discipline, and a world perspective to everything he does. His coaching style fuses strength training with mindfulness and joy, helping clients build stronger bodies and more meaningful lives.

Bradford Stevens
Collective Founder + Master Trainer
With a Master’s in Exercise Science and a PhD in Human Health and Performance underway, Bradford blends academic expertise with over a decade of hands-on experience in fitness, wellness, and business strategy. He’s helped launch and scale some of the industry's most innovative brands—including leading roles at Peloton and Sole+—and is known for building fitness businesses that last. As a consultant, Bradford works with studios, startups, and professionals ready to elevate their operations and expand their impact. His approach is smart, structured, and grounded in a belief that wellness should be both sustainable and scalable.

Mike Figueroa
Master Trainer
Mike is a transformation specialist with over 24 years of experience helping clients build strength, confidence, and sustainable results. His journey started as a quiet, 125-pound teen in a high school weight room—and the physical and mental transformation he experienced became the foundation of his career. Today, Mike is known for his no-nonsense, results-driven coaching style that empowers clients to unlock their potential and love what they see in the mirror. Whether it’s muscle building, fat loss, or competition prep, Mike brings global experience and unmatched dedication to every session.

Briana Weisinger
Master Coach – Nutrition & Mental Health
Briana, founder of Breathing Wellness, is a certified Health Coach with credentials in Positive Psychology & Well-Being, Integrative Nutrition, and Body Confidence. Her coaching blends evidence-based strategies with deep compassion and lived experience. She emphasizes bio-individuality and a holistic view of health that goes beyond diet—helping clients create aligned, sustainable change and build healthier relationships with themselves. Raised in Connecticut and now based in NYC, she loves fitness, art, 80s movies, comedy, chocolate, and, of course, wellness.

Bradford began as a skinny teen who left wrestling for the school musical. After earning his MFA in acting, he moved to NYC and started coaching at Trapeze School NY. Since then, he’s trained hundreds through brands like Equinox, Life Time, Men’s Health, and Daily Burn. His coaching fuses barbells, kettlebells, bodyweight strength, yoga, and handstands—with a goal to be strong, flexible, and fearless at any age.
