We do offer a range of pricing tiers to accommodate different budgets while maintaining the quality and intimacy of the experience.

You’ll be staying at The Grange, a cozy and beautifully restored farmhouse in the Hudson Valley. Rooms are shared (and in some cases, beds may be as well), creating a unique and heartfelt bonding opportunity.

We aim to pair guests thoughtfully and with care.

Not at all. This retreat is about connection, presence, and community—not performance. The movement sessions are accessible and designed to make you feel good, not burned out.
